2. Koje podatke obrađujemo

• Upit i rezervacija: ime i prezime, e-pošta, telefon, država, datumi boravka, broj gostiju i ljubimaca te vaša poruka.
• Plaćanje: ime uplatitelja i podaci o uplati s vašeg bankovnog računa.
• Prijava boravka: podaci iz osobne iskaznice ili putovnice svih gostiju.
• Komunikacija: poruke koje nam pošaljete e-poštom ili WhatsAppom.

3. Svrha i pravna osnova

• Odgovor na upit, ponuda i izvršenje rezervacije: ugovor i radnje prije sklapanja ugovora (čl. 6. st. 1. t. (b) GDPR-a).
• Prijava gostiju, boravišna pristojba, računi i porezne evidencije: zakonska obveza (čl. 6. st. 1. t. (c)).
• Podsjetnici za plaćanje i povrat pologa te jedna poruka nakon boravka s molbom za recenziju: legitimni interes (čl. 6. st. 1. t. (f)). Toj obradi možete se usprotiviti u svakom trenutku.

Ne šaljemo promotivne newslettere i ne prodajemo podatke.

4. Tko još vidi podatke

Podatke vide samo domaćini. Koristimo sljedeće pružatelje usluga: Google (e-pošta i evidencija rezervacija), pružatelja smještaja web stranice (Netlify), banku, sustav eVisitor za prijavu gostiju, poreznu upravu i, ako nam se javite tim putem, WhatsApp. Neki od njih podatke obrađuju i izvan EU-a (npr. u SAD-u), uz zaštitne mjere predviđene GDPR-om.

5. Koliko dugo čuvamo podatke

• Upit koji nije završio rezervacijom: najdulje 12 mjeseci.
• Rezervacije, računi i prijave boravka: onoliko koliko propisuju porezni, računovodstveni i turistički propisi.
• Poruke za recenziju: do vašeg prigovora ili najdulje 12 mjeseci nakon boravka.

6. Kolačići

Ova stranica ne koristi kolačiće ni alate za praćenje i statistiku. U vašem pregledniku sprema se samo odabrani jezik, radi praktičnosti. Poveznice na Google Maps i WhatsApp otvaraju se tek na vaš klik, a tada vrijede pravila privatnosti tih servisa.

7. Vaša prava

Imate pravo na pristup, ispravak, brisanje i ograničenje obrade, prenosivost podataka te prigovor na obradu. Zahtjev pošaljite na villagreenescape@gmail.com; odgovaramo u roku od mjesec dana.

Ako smatrate da su vam prava povrijeđena, možete podnijeti pritužbu Agenciji za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), www.azop.hr.

• Beantwortung der Anfrage, Angebot und Durchführung der Buchung: Vertrag und vorvertragliche Maßnahmen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
• Gästemeldung, Kurtaxe, Rechnungen und steuerliche Aufzeichnungen: gesetzliche Pflicht (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c).
• Zahlungserinnerungen, Rückzahlung der Kaution und eine Nachricht nach dem Aufenthalt mit der Bitte um eine Bewertung: berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f). Dieser Verarbeitung können Sie jederzeit widersprechen.

Wir versenden keine Werbe-Newsletter und verkaufen keine Daten.

4. Wer die Daten noch sieht

Die Daten sehen nur die Gastgeber. Wir nutzen folgende Dienstleister: Google (E-Mail und Buchungsübersicht), den Hosting-Anbieter der Website (Netlify), unsere Bank, das System eVisitor für die Gästemeldung, die Steuerverwaltung und, wenn Sie uns darüber kontaktieren, WhatsApp. Einige davon verarbeiten Daten auch außerhalb der EU (z. B. in den USA), mit den in der DSGVO vorgesehenen Garantien.

5. Speicherdauer

• Anfragen ohne Buchung: höchstens 12 Monate.
• Buchungen, Rechnungen und Gästemeldungen: so lange, wie Steuer-, Buchhaltungs- und Tourismusvorschriften es verlangen.
• Bitte um Bewertung: bis zu Ihrem Widerspruch, höchstens 12 Monate nach dem Aufenthalt.

6. Cookies

Diese Website verwendet keine Cookies und keine Tracking- oder Statistik-Tools. In Ihrem Browser wird nur die gewählte Sprache gespeichert. Links zu Google Maps und WhatsApp öffnen sich erst auf Ihren Klick; dann gelten die Datenschutzregeln dieser Dienste.

7. Ihre Rechte

• Request and booking: full name, email, phone, country, dates of stay, number of guests and pets, and your message.
• Payment: the payer's name and the payment details from your bank account.
• Guest registration: details from the ID card or passport of all guests.
• Communication: messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Replying to your request, making an offer and carrying out the booking: contract and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Guest registration, tourist tax, invoices and tax records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Payment reminders, refund of the security deposit and one message after your stay asking for a review: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can object to this at any time.

We do not send marketing newsletters and we do not sell data.

4. Who else sees the data

Only the hosts see your data. We use these service providers: Google (email and booking records), the website host (Netlify), our bank, the eVisitor guest registration system, the tax authority and, if you contact us that way, WhatsApp. Some of them also process data outside the EU (e.g. in the USA), with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

5. How long we keep data

• Requests that did not lead to a booking: up to 12 months.
• Bookings, invoices and guest registrations: as long as tax, accounting and tourism regulations require.
• Review requests: until you object, and no longer than 12 months after your stay.

6. Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools. Only your chosen language is saved in your browser, for convenience. Links to Google Maps and WhatsApp open only when you click them, and those services' privacy rules then apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Send your request to villagreenescape@gmail.com; we reply within one month.

You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, www.azop.hr) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

4. Chi altro vede i dati

I dati sono visibili solo agli host. Ci avvaliamo di questi fornitori: Google (e-mail e registro prenotazioni), il fornitore di hosting del sito (Netlify), la nostra banca, il sistema eVisitor per la registrazione degli ospiti, l’amministrazione fiscale e, se ci contattate così, WhatsApp. Alcuni trattano dati anche fuori dall’UE (ad es. negli USA), con le garanzie previste dal GDPR.

5. Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati

• Richieste senza prenotazione: al massimo 12 mesi.
• Prenotazioni, fatture e registrazioni: per il tempo previsto dalle norme fiscali, contabili e turistiche.
• Richieste di recensione: fino alla vostra opposizione, al massimo 12 mesi dopo il soggiorno.

6. Cookie

Questo sito non usa cookie né strumenti di tracciamento o statistica. Nel vostro browser viene salvata solo la lingua scelta. I link a Google Maps e WhatsApp si aprono solo con un vostro clic e da quel momento valgono le regole privacy di quei servizi.

7. I vostri diritti

Avete diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione del trattamento, portabilità dei dati e opposizione. Inviate la richiesta a villagreenescape@gmail.com; rispondiamo entro un mese.

Potete presentare reclamo all’Agenzia croata per la protezione dei dati personali (AZOP, www.azop.hr) o all’autorità di controllo del vostro paese di residenza.
